Abstract
:
Web services have become an integral part of the Internet. Any one (business partner or individual) can simply import a Web service in his application from the bulk of services available on the Internet and can use its functionality. The problem arises when the imported service is no more available on the Internet or changes its functionality with the passage of time. To avoid such problems we need to discover appropriate web services dynamically on the basis of matching semantics rather than to discover them on the basis of key word matching. In this paper we propose a semantic caching mechanism for services discovery by using matching algorithms that applies matching techniques on semantic annotations of semantic web services.
